Desoto
So school is finished. Sorry about not having any updates lately. I actually have quite a bit of new work that I have yet to get online. This weekend is a good weekend for me to get scans of my newest artwork. So have some patience!

Desoto Strut
In a weeks time I will be in my first ever gallery show. It is here in Savannah, GA. I have done 3 new pieces for the show. I will be having a large update in a few days once I am done with all my final projects. My life has been rather crazy lately with trying to get things done on time. Below is the flyer for the show:

Digital Octo
For our final Digital Illustration class we have to do a digital painting. This is my first direct digital painting. I am simply going to be doing a digital version of Octopussy. Here is a shot of it in progress.

Soo busy...
Sorry for not updating for a while, have been very busy with school projects. The last one of which was a digital collage. Combining drawn images, textures, text, and many layers in Photoshop! Below is the planning and final image of the project. I am happy with it, as I would love to get into this kind of thing one day! I chose Dimmu Borgir because I am a big fan. I am currently working on some more pieces for a gallery show in 3 weeks. I am very excited as it is my first. There will be multiple other artists, hopefully I can get some sweet shots of the night!

Phelps...
I've finished my Michael Phelps piece, I have posted it below. Next on the agenda for me is a cd cover for one of my favourite bands. I am still trying to decide on a band... But I am thinking Devildriver. This is my next project for electronic illustration. Our next project for editorial is an illustration about lies. Should be interesting. I still have to get to the sketch phase. Today will be filled with drawing for me!

Phelps Progress
I started my Michael Phelps assignment today. At first I was thinking of doing a portrait of him in high contrast, but I didn't end up liking that idea. So I switched to a side view of him looking disappointed. Below is the shot of my process in trying to draw an accurate face. I battle with portraits so it took me a lot of time to try end get it right.
